Ingredients :
- Broccoli Stems – 1 cup
- Walnuts – ½ cup
- Roasted gram ( dalia ) – 1 tbsp ( optional )
- Geen chillies – 1 or 2 based on spice preference
- Ginger paste – ½ tsp or a small piece of ginger root
- Cilantro – 1 tbsp chopped
- Asafoetida – a pinch
- Salt to taste
Method :
Microwave broccoli stems with enough water to steam for a minute and allow it to cool.
Throw all the ingredients into the blender along with broccoli.
Add some water and blend into a smooth chutney.
Add pre-made tadka
Enjoy with dosa, idli, pongal, upma or similar.
